Abstract
Aiming to improve the on-line monitoring sensitivity of vacuum degree in vacuum interrupter, a new detection device has been proposed relied on the theory of shield potential method. The device adopts a rotary electric field sensor to detect the change of direct potential for obtaining the changing information of vacuum degree. The sensitivity of detection system has been improved through modifying the front-end signal collection circuit and handling digital filter processing. Using MATLAB-DSP integrated development environment makes the designed system more convenient and flexible and shortens the development cycle. The results show that the detection system has high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability.
