Abstract
Through establishing the earth-plane-target coordinates, we bring up the target positioning equations of photoelectric tracking platform and get location information of the target by resolving the equations. We design the target automatic positioning system. In experimentations, when the height is 2500m, altitude's error is 3.5x10-4°, longitude's error is 4.3x10-4°. The results of experimentations show us that this system has high precision and has real-time characteristic.
