Development of a GC-MS Method for the Simultaneous Determination of Amitraz in Fish Muscle
ICBEB '12 Proceedings of the 2012 International Conference on Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology(2012)
摘要
An analytical procedure based on capillary GC-MS was developed for the quantification and characterization of 2, 4-dimethylaniline and amitraz in fish muscle. It contained an n-hexane/methanol extraction step using accelerated solvent extraction (ASE), and a selected ion monitoring (SIM) detection system of capillary GC-MS. The ASE parameters were optimized (P = 120 bar, T = 60 oC) and GC-MS condition was validated after the mass fragments selection for 2, 4-dimethylaniline and amitraz quantification in fish muscle. The detection limits for these two analytes were 2 and 5 µg/kg, respectively. The recoveries at the spiked levels from 5 to 20 µg/kg ranged from 71% to 102%.
