Division Characteristics of Agricultural Climate Dry and Wet in Fujian Province Based on GIS

Surface dry and wet conditions can be on behalf of the water balance in a region, and also be as a major indicator of the soil moisture deficit in agriculture, so has an important influence on drought and flood of agricultural meteorological disasters. Based on the 30 years of climate data of Fujian province, the humidity index of evapotranspiration model in it has been analyzed, the climatic divisions are done, the mainly conclusions are as fellows: According to the classification of humidity index indicators, it was divided into four climate types of Fujian Province Area: Central-southern drought region I, Middle more humid region II, North western wet region III and Most humid local region IV. It discussed the different the characteristics of the agricultural meteorological disasters such as drought and flood. The research can be the theoretical basis for the agricultural disaster prevention and the sustainable ecological development.
