Zorica Srđević, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Water Management at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. She earned her undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. With over 250 publications to her credit, including 45 on the SCI list, Dr. Srđević has authored or co-authored numerous scientific papers. She has led and participated in several international and domestic projects and has received recognition for her scientific excellence, including the award for the most cited researcher in the technical sciences subfield of traffic, urban planning, construction, planning, protection, and use of water, land, and air in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina for her outstanding achievements in 2020. Dr. Srđević's research interests include water resources systems analysis, water resources management, and multi-criteria analysis and decision-making methods and techniques in natural resource management. She is doing research also in the field of ecosystem services, nature based solutions, and drought vulnerability.
