Bio
发展了普适性的二维材料异质结可控制备技术,利用稳态、瞬态光谱探测技术和微纳加工方法,表征二维异质结材料的物理、化学性质,研究材料内部的载流子转移、激子动力学、谷极化荧光、表面等离激元共振等现象。近年来,作为第一作者及共同第一作者发表SCI论文40余篇,包括Adv. Mater., Adv. Sci. ACS Nano, Research, Adv. Opt. Mater., Small等。相关工作被ACS Nano: 'In Nano'特刊、Wiley Materials Views China、Design for Science等国内外科学网等新闻媒体多次报导。申请中国发明专利20项,授权6项。
