Bio
Yicheng Zhu (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2017 and 2020, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA.
He worked on the discrete state-event-driven simulation of power electronic systems and active gate drivers for SiC MOSFETs with Tsinghua University. His research interests include the analysis and design of high-density and high-efficiency hybrid switched-capacitor converters.
Mr. Zhu was a recipient of the 2020 IEEE Power and Energy Society Outstanding Student Scholarship.
