Bio
长期围绕基于忆阻器的类脑计算技术开展研究工作,致力于研制出可模仿人脑信息处理功能的神经形态器件和网络。在忆阻型神经形态器件和网络的机理、设计和应用方面取得了原创性成果。迄今共发表学术论文40余篇,被引用2000余次,第一作者论文发表在Nature Materials、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials(3篇)和ACS Nano(2篇)等杂志,多篇论文入选杂志封面,研究成果受到Science Daily等国际科技媒体报道,长期担任Nature Communications等杂志审稿人。曾获中科院院长优秀奖、中科院优博论文奖、中国电子学会优博论文奖和中国电子学会科学技术二等奖等奖项。
