Research profile:
The overall objective of the research is focused on multidimensional control of rare earth and semiconductor materials, including nanoscale (controllable synthesis, growth mechanism and self-assembly), microscale (film growth, defect passivation and interface control), macroscale (device architecture), and fundamental applied research on areas of catalyze and energy. She has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers in quality journals, such as Science, Nature Energy, Nature. Commun., Joule, Adv. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nano Lett., Adv. Mater., ACS Nano, Adv. Funct. Mater., Appl. Phys.Lett., etc.. Her papers were cited more than 20000th, covering areas of materials, chemistry, physics, nanotechnology, energy, engineering, etc. The most citation of one paper is more than 5000th and H-index is 52.
The breakthrough of film growth and device architecture in perovskite solar cells has been reported by several media (science news). She was invited to give a report on many important international academic conferences, due to her several reviews regarded as the key discovery in this field.
