我们认为肿瘤的血管微环境,特别是血管内皮细胞,通过分泌旁分泌因子来调控肿瘤干细胞的生长,迁移,化疗抗性等属性。这些发现从概念上改变了血管系统在肿瘤和纤维化中传输血液的传统观点。对血管微环境与肿瘤干细胞相互作用的系统研究加深了目前对肿瘤和纤维化病理机制的理解。所得的理论发现可用来设计特异性针对肿瘤和纤维化组织中畸变血管微环境的治疗手段,具有很强的应用价值。
