近年来,袁博士一直从事不确定信息处理与异常(离群)检测关键技术研究,研究领域为不确定性人工智能、机器学习及知识发现,具体研究兴趣包括不确定信息处理、粒计算、异常检测及其应用等。目前已在国际国内权威学术期刊和会议上发表论文30余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者身份在IEEE TFS、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TSMCA、Information Fusion、Pattern Recognition、Information Sciences、Knowledge-Based Systems、Applied Soft Computing、Expert Systems with Applications、Fuzzy Sets and Systems等SCI一或二区TOP期刊上发表论文10余篇;同时是IEEE TKDE、IEEE TFS、IEEE TITS、IEEE TII、Information Fusion、Information Sciences、Knowledge-Based Systems、Fuzzy Sets and Systems、Artificial Intelligence Review等多个国际重要SCI期刊审稿人;申请或授权国家发明专利多项;主持或主研国家或省部级项目多项;曾获研究生国家奖学金、四川省优秀毕业生、校优秀博士学位论文等多项荣誉。
