Bio
1944年3月出生,毕业于成都电讯工程学院,后留校任教,1985年12月破格晋升副教授, 2000年12-2001年2月年美国特拉华大学高级访问学者。一直从事物理电子学的科研和研究生教学工作。主要研究方向有:电子与波互作用理论、非线性理论、计算机模拟及CAD技术,真空微电子学等。已完成和正在承担多项国家级、部级科研项目。
