个人简介
Zhiqiang Wang (S’11–M’15) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2007, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree from the Center for Ultrawide-Area Resilient Electric Energy Transmission Networks, The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA, in 2015.
In 2014, he joined the Post-Master’s Program with the Power Electronics and Electric Machinery Research Center, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN, USA, where he has been a Full-Time Research and Development Staff Member since 2015. He is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor with The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA. He has authored or co-authored over 60 publications in international conferences and journals. His current research interests include packaging/integration/driving/protection of power semiconductor devices, wide-bandgap semiconductor device-based high-temperature, high-frequency, and high-density power conversion systems.
Dr. Wang was a recipient of the Outstanding Reviewer Award for the IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics in 2017, the Recognition for Outstanding Dedication and Effort as an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications in 2016, and the Significant Event Award from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 2015.
