取得的重要科研成果:
(1)系统研究了空穴从染料激发态到P型GaP的注入。研究表明,在半导体表面存在耗尽层的条件下,空穴的注入效率近于100%。并运用wxAMPS软件结合连续态模型对空穴注入的过程进行计算拟合,从理论和实验两方面验证了空穴高效率注入的存在,填补了P型半导体在光电化学研究领域的空白。(2)利用瞬态光谱法和光电化学法验证了空穴从量子点激发态到GaP注入的存在,深化了对量子点材料电荷迁移的认识,拓展了量子点材料在光电化学领域的应用。(3)将铁酸铋铁电薄膜制备成光电化学电极,研究不同铁电极化条件对于电极光解水效率及方式的影响。此工作拓展了光解水材料的研究领域,可实现单一电极兼具产氢产氧功能,为光解水反应的智能化控制奠定了基础。
