近年来,针对免疫反应可视化研究的重大需求,致力于发展多分子并行检测、活体靶向标记和多层次光学成像新方法。建立的免疫光学成像新技术新方法已应用于肝脏、皮肤、脑等相关疾病模型的活体免疫反应可视化研究。
主要研究方向包括:1)完整肝脏三维结构与免疫功能的可视化研究;2) 肿瘤免疫的活体光学分子成像;3)靶向标记与调控免疫细胞的多功能脂质纳米探针/药物/疫苗。研究成果在eLife、Nature Communications、Light: Science & Applications、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、ACS Nano、Autophagy和Biosens. Bioelectron.等SCI期刊上发表第一或通讯作者(含并列)论文50多篇,其中23篇IF >10。获授权中国发明专利11项、美国和欧洲发明专利各1项。
