个人简介
Dr. Zhibin YAN is currently an Associate Professor at South China Academy of Advanced Optoelectronics, South China Normal University in Guangzhou, China. Before he moved to China, he was as Research Fellow in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. He obtained his B.Eng in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Beihang) in 2008. After that, he continued his postgraduate study in Nanyang Technological University with full scholarship award. He received his M. Eng. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, with specialization of Electronics Cooling and Microfluidics in 2010 and 2016, respectively. Before his PhD studies, he worked as Research Associate in Energy Systems Lab of NTU for one year to develop mini-jet engine for UAV. His research covers thermal fluids in microscale, colloidal interface, MEMS and nanomaterials, including advanced thermal management for high performance electro-optical devices, energy systems, nanomaterials for biomedical and energy applications.Research Interests:
