Zheng Chen

Zheng Chen received the B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Electronic Science and Technology, Chengdu, China, in 2006, the M.S. degree in computer science from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, NL, Canada, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Washington University in St. Louis, St. Louis, MO, USA, in 2015. He is currently a Research Assistant with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Washington University in St. Louis. His current research interests include how to effectively incorporate domain-specific knowledge and exploit large-scale structured data from different sources to boost the performance of machine learning tasks and to discover new domain knowledge.
