Beattie Zachary T

Zachary Beattie (BEng, PhD) is Assistant Professor of Neurology at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon, with a unique and deep understanding of digital technologies and digital biomarkers. Currently he leads and manages the data science efforts at Oregon Center for Aging & Technology (ORCATECH). Dr. Beattie is focused on data validity, provenance, and integrity for the ORCATECH platform. In addition, he oversees data architecture and algorithm development for the NIA and VA funded national Collaborative Aging Research using Technology (CART) Initiative, building out the ORCATECH platform to enable research for multiple investigators ultimately engaging thousands of homes across the United States.
