Professor Zodwa Dlamini is a distinguished leader in cancer research, holding multiple key roles, including Founding Director and Executive Head of the Pan African Cancer Research Institute (PACRI), Director of the SAMRC Precision Oncology Research Unit (PORU), and DSI/NRF SARChI Chair in Precision Oncology and Cancer Prevention (POCP). Her primary focus is on advancing precision oncology, cancer prevention, and control, with a steadfast commitment to improving health outcomes, reducing disparities, and fortifying healthcare in underserved communities. Her dedication to this cause has led to significant strides in the fight against cancer. As a distinguished member of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Regional Advisory Committee on Sub-Saharan Africa, Professor Dlamini plays a pivotal role in guiding AACR's global efforts to prevent and cure cancers worldwide.
