Bio
Yun-Shiang Shu (S’05–M’10) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1997 and 1999, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California at San Diego, La Jolla, CA, USA, in 2008.
From 2000 to 2002, he was a Design Engineer at ALi Corp., Taipei, Taiwan. From 2009 to 2010, he was with Ralink Technology Corp., Hsinchu, Taiwan, as a Deputy Technical Manager. In 2010, he joined MediaTek Inc., Hsinchu, Taiwan, where he is currently a Senior Project Manager. His work experiences include data converters for mobile communication, wireless connectivity, TV tuner, and sensor products as well as analog front-ends for IoT applications. He has authored more than 10 technical papers covering designs of flash, pipeline, SAR, and
$\Delta \Sigma $
data converters and holds several patents. His research interests mainly focus on signal processing techniques to compensate for analog circuit imperfections.
Dr. Shu currently serves as a Technical Program Committee member of the IEEE Symposium on VLSI Circuits.
