个人简介
Accepting diversity in its human resources (of gender, age, nationality and value-system) is crucially important for a university as an organization to develop and to attain full growth. By realizing a diverse environment, the university will be able to meet the educational needs of its students which are constantly changing or the demands of society both locally and nationally with sufficient flexibility and efficiency. Also, to have diverse members operating the university, making full use of their individual strength,we will be able to make dramatic improvements in the performance of our organization. This is what we are seeking for as one of the important purposes of promoting diversity.
