Career Trajectory
Bio
主要从事低维纳米材料输运性质研究,如石墨烯、硅烯、外尔费米子等低维材料,采用非平衡格林函数方法和Nanodcal等量子输运计算软件,研究狄拉克费米子异质结的磁电特性,构建基于新型二维材料的纳米器件模型。在Phys. Rev. B、Appl. Phys. Lett.、Scientific Reports等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上等项目3项,省部级项目2项,参与国家和省部级项目多项,是Appl. Phys. Lett.、J. Appl. Phys.等物理主流期刊评审,参与《Introduction to the physics of nanoelectronics》一书的编写工作。主讲量子力学、电动力学、大学物理等本科生课程,主讲研究生课程量子物理。
