Bio
长期从事发酵健康食品酿造,植物、中草药高值化转化、酶技术的研究,主要承担《发酵食品》、《酶与酶工程》等课程的讲授工作。近年来共发表高水平研究论文200多篇,参与出版专著(或教材)2部;申请发明专利26项,授权发明专利9项,授权实用新型专利2项;主持包括国家863,自然科学基金、江苏省重大成果转化、省产学研等在内的省部级科研项目8项;获得江苏省科技进步二等奖1项(2014年,省科技厅),指导学生获得2014年江苏省优秀硕士论文奖。现为国家食品药品监督管理局保健食品评审专家,全国饲料评审委员会委员,江苏省食协营养保健品专业委员会理事。
