Yu Liu

Yu Liu received the B.E. degree in electronic engineering, the M.E. degree in information and communication engineering, and the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 1998, 2002, and 2005, respectively. From 1998 to 2000, he was an Electronic Engineer with Nantian Electronics Information Corporation, Shenzhen, China. He returned to Tianjin University in 2000. From 2011 to 2012, he was a Visiting Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, USA. He is currently a Professor with the School of Microelectronics, Tianjin University. His research interests include signal/video processing, medical signal processing, machine learning, compressed sensing, and indoor positioning systems.
