Bio
Yu-Chung Chang (M'05) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1998 and 2000, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2008.
He has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Changhua University of Education, Changhua, Taiwan, as an Assistant Professor since January 2009. His current research interests include ultrafast laser spectroscopy, fiber-optic sensors, in vivo biosensing, and nanobiotechnology.
