个人简介
Young-Ho Kim (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from Ajou University in 2008, the M.S. degree in robotics program from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA, in 2017. Since 2017, he has been a Staff Research Scientist and a Technical Leader of Robotics/Sensor Projects with the Image-Guided Therapy and Robotics Research Group, Siemens Healthineers, Princeton, NJ, USA. He has more than 20 publications and holds more than 20 U.S. published and granted patents. His research interests leverage AI machine learning to understand the intelligent behaviors of robots that exploit their physical properties to interact with the real world. He is a robotics/sensor professional with proven experience in research, design, implementation, and validation of complex electromechanics design, state estimation, sensor fusion, decision making, motion planning, and control algorithms in robotic manipulation.
