Yongyi Ran

Yongyi Ran (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2008 and 2014, respectively. He is currently a Lecturer with the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chongqing, China. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Research Fellow with the Cloud Computing and Application Platform Group, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and from 2017 to 2018, a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Lowell, MA, USA. His research interests include deep reinforcement learning, green data center, network measurement, and intelligent satellite networks.
