Yonggang Kim (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from the School of Computer and Telecommunications Engineering, Yonsei University, South Korea, in 2012, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), South Korea, in 2014 and 2019, respectively. From 2019 to 2022, he was a Staff Engineer in IT and mobile communications with Samsung Electronics, South Korea. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Division of Computer Science and Engineering, Kongju National University, South Korea. His research interests include network protocol design, resource optimization for wireless/wired networks, network security, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and performance analysis of networking systems.
