个人简介
My research interests lie at the intersection of 3D computer vision, machine learning and geometric algorithms. In particular, I am currently working on applying deep learning methods to 3D point clouds for various tasks including detection, classification, and action recognition.
My mission is to make beautifully practical and accessible 3D data algorithms to change the world. There is a dual meaning here. The 3D data algorithms will change the technological world and consequently our daily lives. However, making the knowledge freely accessible to anyone with a computer and an internet connection will change an individual’s life, which I find to be even more impactful. On my quest to change the wold, I created the The Talking Papers Podcast, a podcast by reserachers for reserchers that aims to be a new medium for disseminating research and help early career academics.
