研究方向
课题组此前主要学术业绩:1)采用“多影像融合定位”新技术绘制汉语脑功能区谱图,证实功能神经导航技术可显著提高功能区脑疾病手术疗效;2)通过功能影像技术阐明不同意识状态颅脑损伤患者的内在脑功能连接网络,提出预测意识水平和功能恢复的主要指标;3)牵头制定我国首个脑胶质瘤诊治指南,发布我国胶质瘤分子诊疗指南,围绕肿瘤干细胞及其微环境中的负性共刺激分子初步阐释胶质瘤的免疫逃逸机制;4)开展个体化脑血流重建技术,使难治性动脉瘤由“不治”变为“可治”,基于内皮祖细胞提出预防动脉瘤术后复发新方案。
