I am a versatile R&D leader who consistently prioritizes tasks based on the intersection of business-critical areas and personal strengths. I am particularly passionate about AI transformation, especially the emerging dynamics in the context of human and AI agent coexistence.
I lead a dynamic team focused on advancing agent-based automation and developing ASAPP's Large Language Models (ASAPP LLMs) specifically for the Customer Experience domain. Our models consistently outperform or match the capabilities of leading proprietary LLMs in targeted use cases, while offering a 50x improvement in cost efficiency.
Renowned in Natural Language Processing (NLP) research circuits and boasting of a robust publication record in first-rate NLP and machine learning venues, I bring a unique blend of academia and industry insight to my role. I am proud to have served as an Area Chair and Industry Track Chair at esteemed NLP conferences including ACL, EMNLP, and NAACL.
