Her research interests focus on food decision-making, lay theory, identity conflict, compensatory consumption, and technology adoption such as AI and robots. Her works appear in journals such as Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Behavior, International Journal of Tourism Research, and International Journal of Hospitality Management.
