Prior to his current appointment at EnRI, Dr Seng has more than sixteen years of experience in various defense related applied physics research.
He is currently working in the areas of theoretical and computational combustion of energetic materials, and building up reactive hydrodynamic codes for modeling new energetic materials. Related to this work is his interest to apply molecular dynamics methods and perform mesoscale physics modeling to derive models and parameters for accurate dynamical simulation of energetic materials at the macroscopic scale.
He is also interested in plasma physics, quantum gravity and the foundation issues of physics.
