Ye Liu

Ye Liu received the B. Eng. (Hons.) degree in electronic and communication engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. He was a Visiting Student with the Laboratory of Information, Networking and Communication Sciences, Paris, France. He was also an Intern with Nokia Bell Labs, France, and a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Signal Processing and Networks Research Group, Loughborough University. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Assistant with the Department of Engineering Science, University of Oxford, Oxford, U.K. His research interests include index modulation, non-orthogonal multiple access, resource allocation, and network coding.
