Bio
Yasuo Oshikubo received the B.E. degree in chemistry from Gunma University, Maebashi, Japan, in 1967.
He then joined Hitachi, Ltd., where he worked on the development of process technology for semiconductor devise. In 1998, he joined the Superconductivity Research Laboratory, International Superconductivity Technology Center, Tokyo, Japan, where he worked on R&D of microfabrication technology for high-temperature superconducting (HTS) electronic devices. He is currently involved in the research on fabrication technology for HTS superconducting quantum interference devices with the Superconducting Sensing Technology Research Association, Yokohama, Japan, and Superconducting Sensor Technology Corporation, Yokohama.
