Yaowen Chen

Yaowen Chen received the M.S. degree in radio physics and wireless electronics from Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 1989, and the Ph.D. degree in pathology and pathophysiology from Shantou University, Shantou, China, in 2009. From 1992 to 1993, he was a Research Assistant with the HKU Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, Hong Kong, China. He is currently a Professor with the College of Engineering and the Director of the Central Laboratory, Shantou University. His research interests include the internet plus medical imaging processing and analysis, biomedical signal processing, and medical device engineering technology.
