Exo70是胞外分泌复合体(exocyst)的关键亚基,参与囊泡与质膜的栓系、锚定和融合过程。Exo70在肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥重要的作用,但其作用机制目前尚不清楚。对Exo70在细胞外泌、自噬、侵袭和迁移等过程中的作用及相关分子机制的研究,将有助于探索肿瘤的发生及发展机制,并进一步指导靶向性抗肿瘤药物的筛选和开发。
