She received the “NTHU New Researcher Award”in 2003. Her early research topics include: device reliability, CMOS image sensors and novel memory devices. She have received the “Outstanding Youth Electrical Engineer Award” in 2007 and the “Ta-You Wu Memorial Award” in 2008 by the Chinese Institute of Electrical Engineer and Taiwan’s National Science Counsel, respectively. She have also be awarded every year with the “NTHU Distinguished Research Award” starting from 2007. She had published more than 10 papers in IEEE International Electron Device Meeting on novel embedded memories technologies and 3D IC connection schemes. Her work on LTPS technologies and ReRAM have received the “Best Paper Awards” by the International Society for Display Information Conference in 2010 and IEEE ASIC Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems in 2014, respectively. In technology innovation, more than 10 US patents and10 TW patents have been granted to her research team over the past decade.
