个人简介
Ya-Tang Yang received the B.Sc. degree in physics from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1996, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in applied physics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Pasadena, in 2000 and 2004, respectively.
He is currently a Process Engineer with AKT, an Applied Materials Company, Santa Clara, CA. From 1998 to 2004, he developed very sensitive mass measurement based on nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS) at Caltech. In 2005, he joined AKT, where he worked on numerous application projects and process development on large-area plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition for LCD display technology. He has extensive experience in device physics and design, material processing and characterization, and precision measurement electronics. His current research interests lie in the field of thin-film transistors with focus on amorphous semiconductor deposition technology. He holds five patents (filed/awarded) and has published eight technical papers in the area of nanotechnology.
