研究方向聚焦新型清洁能源-氢能的制备以及氢燃料电池关键技术、先进电子封装材料的设计开发及其微纳尺度界面传热强化、界面力学性能调控以及界面热应力诱发的形变协调机制,目前累计发表30余篇SCI期刊论文,其中包括Journal of Power Sources, Composite Part B,Chemical Reviews, International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy等权威期刊;主持或参与累计近20项研究课题项目,其中包括国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、陕西省重点研发计划、省级重点实验室开放课题等。
