Yuan Xue received the BS degree in 1998 from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, and the MS degree in 2002 from the Department of Computer Science, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a recipient of a Vodafone fellowship. Her research interests include wireless networks, overlay networks, and distributed systems, with a particular interest on price-based resource allocation and QoS support. She is a member of the IEEE.
