主要工作围绕飞秒激光加工的器件功能化、加工效率提升和走向实用化等领域难题开展研究,在IEEE学会杂志和包括Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Light Science & Application、ACS Nano、Laser Photonics Review和Advanced Functional Materials在内的领域一流杂志发表第一作者、通信作者论文75篇。论文被国际知名科学杂志和网络学术媒体专题报道(Highlight)32 篇次,被SCI他引4000余次,H指数42。获吉林省和教育部自然科学一等奖各一次。主持完成了国家自然科学基金重点项目,作为项目首席科学家主持国家重点研发项目。
