Bio
主持和承担了包括“973项目”子课题在内的多项国家及省部级科研项目。主要从事纳米与非晶半导体材料与器件物理的研究。作为第二完成人参加的“有序可控硅基量子结构的构筑原理与光电子特性”项目获得了2003年度国家自然科学二等奖,在国内外学术杂志共发表SCI论文150余篇,担任多个国际学术会议组织工作,在国际国内学术会议上做邀请报告20余次。
