Bio
Prof. Liu Xinmin is currently the Nuro-pharmacological Professor in the Institute of Medicinal Plant Development (IMPLAD), Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS), China, Member, Expert Advisory Panel on Traditional Medicine, World Health Organization(WHO), as well as the Chairman, Expert Committee of animal model, Chinese Laboratory Animal Association, China. He is also the consultant in drafting national policy, plan of modernization and globalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Ministry of Science &Technology of China, State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China.
Prof. Liu has been working on drug discovery from medicinal plants, focusing on neuro-pharmacology, safety evaluation based on animal behavior experiments more than 30 years, more than 200 papers he has been published in the international journals related to efficacy of herbal plant on memory enhancement, anti-depression, as well as legal status and international markets of herbal products. Prof. Dr. Liu has been invited many times to attend international conference on traditional medicine as key speaker, including WHO, there are partners on herbal medicine from Portugal, Pakistan, Canada, USA, UK etc.
