Xin Zheng received the B.E. degree in integrated circuit design & integrated system from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2011 and the Master's degree in microelectronics from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2014. She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the National University of Singapore, Singapore. Her current research interests include contact passivated silicon solar cells and atomic layer deposited aluminum oxide. Ms. Zheng is a member of the NUS IEEE-Eta Kappa Nu (HKN) Chapter.
