主持国家工信部项目1项,广西科技攻关项目3项,广西自然基金1项,横向项目5项,教育厅项目1项;参与国家自然科学基金项目2项,国家科技支撑项目1项,农业部现代产业技术体系项目2项,国际合作项目2项,广西科技攻关15项,南宁市科技攻关项目5项,获轻工联合会科技进步奖二等奖和三等奖各1项、广西科技进步三等奖1项;“甘蔗制糖无硫澄清的方法”、 “一种使用臭氧脱色技术的甘蔗制糖澄清方法”等16件发明专利获授权,其中排名1有7件。近年在国内外期刊公开发表了“Nutritional and Antioxidant Properties of Non-centrifugal Cane Sugar derived from Membrane Clarified Juice”、“Analysis of sedimentary components in post-haze concentrated sugarcane juice”、“.Study on quality characteristics of cassava flour and cassava flour short biscuits”、“一种甘蔗混合汁无硫二步澄清工艺优化研究”、 “利用碳法滤泥和木薯渣生产有机肥”等40多篇论文,曾作为技术专家前往非洲乌干达负责木薯全粉食品生产线安装与生产调试。
