研究方向:农作物是重要的纤维素资源,生物降解具有巨大的应用前景。研究主要针
对秸秆降解菌的选育,研究野生型菌株和诱变菌株的差异表达基因,纤维素酶.
基因表达与纯化,转录调控因子的功能等,为遗传操作改良菌株提供基础工作,
也为离子液体预处理协同纤维素酶降解秸秆制备高附加值化学品提供基础工
