Xiaolei Chen was born in Qinghai, China, in February 1987. He received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2018. He is currently with the Department of HRG, Beijing Institute of Aerospace Control Devices, Beijing, where he is also a Senior Engineer. His research interests include inertia devices and precision manufacturing.
