Bio
In multicellular organisms, all the components at different levels, such as molecules, cells, tissues and organs, collaborate in one united pattern during each physiological or pathological process, while they have their own identity and function, aka “heterogeneity”. My research mainly focuses on how to interpret such heterogeneity by integrated biological technologies which involve single-cell omics and transgenic animal models.
