Xavier Mescot received the M.Sc. degree in nanotechnology from the Université Claude Bernard de Lyon, Villeurbanne, France, in 2001. He is currently in charge of the Physical and Electrical Characterization facilities with the IMEP-LaHC Laboratory, Grenoble, France.
